In advance of the AGM on this coming Wednesday, please find the 2021 Annual Report at the following:
The 122nd Annual General Meeting of the Johnsonville Rugby Football Club Inc will be held on Wednesday 24 November 2021, at 7pm at the Johnsonville Rugby Football Club clubrooms, 80 Helston Road, Johnsonville.
The purpose of the meeting is to: (per Rule 18 of the Constitution)
· Receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements
· Elect the Officers of the Club
· Consider motions of which due notice has been given in accordance with the Constitution rules
· Transact general business.
The Officers of the Club shall be President, Club Captain, Secretary, Treasury and SEVEN Committee members all of whom shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting. (7.1)
Nominations for officers of the Club may be lodged by any member of the Club with the Secretary not less than 28 days before the Annual General Meeting, being 27 October 2021. (7.5)
Nomination of a person for Life Membership shall be made in writing and signed by two financial members. Such nomination will be sent to the Secretary not less than 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting, being 25 October 2021. (5.1ii)
Such nomination shall be subject to the approval of the majority of the Committee and the name of the proposed Life Member shall be entered in the order of business for the Annual General Meeting. (5.1iii)
Any member of the Club may present a Notice of Motion for consideration by the Annual General Meeting, such notice shall be in writing and signed by the proposer and seconder of the motion. The Notice of Motion shall be forwarded to the Secretary not less than 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. (18.3)

The Club is always looking for help
The Johnsonville Rugby Football Club is continuing it's focus as a community and family focused Club, and we want volunteers.
If you are really committed to this cause you can join as a Committee member of the Club, otherwise, if you are able to support any of the sub-committee’s the Club has in place that would be great also in a less formal manner. We also have specific working groups set up on projects from time to time, so any help is welcome.
The specific areas we want your assistance & ideas with include the following:
· Colleges & junior liaison
· Grants & funding
· Facilities & bar
· Membership / subscriptions
· Social & culture
· Social media – a big need!
· Health & safety.
