Ha’amea ‘Ahio brings up 150 games for Johnsonville a massive achievement for him and his whānau. Starting his journey back in 2013, laying the foundation under Mason Lawrence, then gaining experience with MSP and Ories before returning home to Helston Park in 2021 under Roy Kinikinilau and continuing to lead from the front ever since.

A true Jville man. One of the most consistent loosehead props in Wellington club rugby, with the ability to cover tighthead and even slot in at flanker when needed. An 80 minute prop, which is rare, and always bringing that classic Hams show and go.

More than just a player, a leader on and off the field. His preparation, discipline, and standards set the tone for everyone around him. A role model for the next generation coming through.
