SGM - Thursday March 26, 2026 7pm-8pm

The Johnsonville Football Rugby Club will be holding a Special General Meeting (SGM) to adopt an updated club constitution.

Recent changes to the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 require all incorporated societies to update their constitutions by 6 April to comply with the new legislation.

Members’ approval at an SGM is required to adopt these changes. By attending, you will help ensure we reach quorum and can vote on the proposed updates.

The revised constitution and a summary of key changes will be shared before the meeting, with a comparison presented at the SGM.
